The personal does not speak English (google translate is here to help) but is really friendly. they can choose between rice noodles or chalk and add the curry they want (sour, bambus shoot, pumpkin curry and chili paste on this day) and top it with gurke, soy sprouts and other greens. the vegetarian fried pork (from “Fried flavored agricultural protein”) is stunning. they offer some fruits as dessert. the whole meal costs only 30 bht, definitiw is worth going! the small load also sold some were as snacks, kokosmilch. updated by the previous review on 20191021
I had to make a 24h transfer in bangkok between 2 flights and booked a room in the bandai hostel: this beautiful small veggie place is right next door (and not where the marker is on the map, as already mentioned). what a pleasant surprise! it is the usual cheap price for this type of places (re and 2 curries for 30 baht), which I got was delicious and a little spicy but not too hot (pumpkin curry, kohl with mushrooms). perfect when you are hungry after a long trip.
We had lunch at this restaurant and found it enjoyable. We ordered two soups, each priced at 35 baht. The staff, although having limited English skills, made an effort to communicate effectively.
The staff at this restaurant may not speak English, but they are very kind and Google Translate is available to help. The menu allows you to choose between rice noodles or grains and add your choice of curry sauces such as sour, bamboo shoots, pumpkin, and chili paste. The dish is then topped with cucumbers, soybean sprouts, and other greens. The vegetarian fried pork, made from "Fried flavored agricultural protein," is delicious. They also offer fruits for dessert. The entire meal costs only 30 baht, making it a great value. The shop also sells snacks and coconut milk. This restaurant is definitely worth a visit!
