If you like **** poor customer service I recommend this place. Visited the place in search of gift cards for a business promotion and wanted to utilize local small businesses in my giveaways. When I enter the lady behind the counter look at me without any acknowledgement. After waiting at the counter she finally asked what I needed and gave me a nasty look because I didn 't answer quickly enough. That 's ok Bigby Coffee got my business ;

Bangor Coffee Depot is a hidden gem for several reasons. Situated in an Amtrak station, this coffee shop boasts unique decor, board games, cozy seating, and a laid-back atmosphere. We savored a delicious iced coffee on a lovely Thursday afternoon! The staff was warm and welcoming, spreading good vibes all around. We'll definitely be returning soon!

I have never had a bad cup of coffee or meal from this long standing business within the City of Bangor. Keep up the great work. In closing this is also an Amtrak service station for transportation purposes and a beautifully restored historical train depot. Awesome.

I really enjoy coming to this restaurant. They serve the most amazing lattes and delicious cookies. The salads, wraps, and sandwiches are all fantastic. My favorite is the breakfast sandwich called Good Morning Bagel. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the overall dining experience even better.

I absolutely adore this place. The atmosphere is ideal for a cozy small-town coffee shop and cafe. The staff is always warm and accommodating, and the food and drinks are incredibly satisfying. Their menu offers a wide variety of options, from comfort food to healthier choices. They have a diverse beverage menu with hot and cold coffees, smoothies, and more. While not everyone may notice the cafe along M-43, it is worth making a stop while passing through Bangor. Located in the renovated train depot north of M-43, right by the railroad tracks, it's a unique spot to bring your kids and grandkids to watch the Amtrak pass through each morning.
