I visited the drive-through and found the customer service to be excellent. However, I was given the wrong sandwich and did not realize it until I arrived at my destination. When I tried calling the restaurant later that day, no one answered the phone. Unable to go back, I was disappointed by the fact that the sandwich cost me $9 and was not what I had requested. I have no issue with trying new things, but I do expect to receive what I ordered.
We ordered two Junior Hoppers at the restaurant and requested no pickles, but they came with pickles on them. The employees did not pay attention to our requests, leading my friend to have a close call with a pickle-related allergy in California. The staff should make sure to confirm orders with customers to prevent situations like this from happening.
I placed my order in advance and went to pick it up, but encountered some issues. I arrived late because I work overnight and the restaurant closed early. I tried to communicate through the drive-thru speaker, but received no response. I then went to the pick-up window and knocked, but was rudely told that they were closed. I could see my bag of food sitting on the counter, which was supposed to be my dinner for work. This was a negative experience, and unfortunately, I have had several instances where my orders were incorrect or items were missing when preordering.
Unfortunately, I have to report this report to be quite slow in performance. maybe only small staff. good attitude. but more so when will the company give this place an upgrade?! which are we even decades?
