Pompeii Pizza - Bangor

Not only do they have the best tasting pizza in town, they have the best attitude, you can’t go wrong here! The only way to describe their pepperoni pizza is “perfect “!!!

The woman who answers the phone at this restaurant is truly a gem! Although I haven’t tasted my pizza yet, I’m already impressed. After an hour and a half of waiting for my GrubHub order, both Pompeii Pizza and I found ourselves in a frustrating situation trying to get a delivery driver assigned. Fortunately, this amazing woman stepped in and offered to remake my pizza, included a complimentary drink with my order, and even arranged for an employee to deliver it since I’m at work and can’t pick it up. I've been hearing rave reviews about this pizza for days, and I can’t wait to try it myself. The exceptional customer service from this wonderful team has really made my experience memorable!

The pizza is quite good, though the selection isn't extensive. However, the quality of the cheeses and toppings is excellent, making for a really enjoyable meal.

Anyone who appreciates pizza knows that there’s simply no rival to theirs. If there’s another place in the area north of Portland or Boston that comes close, I’d love to know about it. The customer service here is also unmatched; they are by far the friendliest people in the Bangor area. If anyone deserves a five-star review, it’s definitely them. They’ve treated me better than any business I’ve ever encountered. And their pizza? It’s the absolute best, no question about it!

The Buffalo pizza was incredible! I really enjoyed the crust; it has a unique pita bread-like texture. They topped it with just the right amount of chicken and hot sauce. The prices are very reasonable given the quality of the food. I'm looking forward to when the dining room opens up once this pandemic settles down. Keep up the excellent work, Pompeii Pizza team!
