Dairy Queen - Banks

So glad we stopped here on our road trip. This DQ has a clean dining area restroom, and friendly efficient employees. We loved the blizzards, burgers, and fries, but the fried cheese curds were the big hit in our family! So good!

Stopped here on our way back from Cannon Beach. Staff was nice and friendly, they even went out to help a lady who was having problem driving. Food was hot and fast. Fries were not old, big plus for my kids. No mistakes on our order. Person who deservesextra star for effort is Logan today. Great attitude and customer service. 2 thumbs up buddy.

Before we placed our order, we noticed that the lone person taking orders in the lobby was only handling one order at a time. Once that order was completed, she would take the next one. When we attempted to order a grilled chicken sandwich, the cashier couldn't find it on the menu, so she asked for clarification and we were informed that they only offer grilled chicken. They should remove the grilled chicken sandwich option from the menu board. My husband then tried to order a cheeseburger without any sauces, but the young woman taking the order, who appeared to be new, struggled to understand the request.

My family and I have been visiting this restaurant for years, and we went back last night around 9 PM. We have a child with special needs, and the entire staff went above and beyond to assist us. Everyone was extremely polite and eager to help. As a business owner myself, I would be truly honored to have such dedicated employees. Thank you all so much!

My family had a difficult journey, and this fast food place turned out to be a real gem. The employees were incredibly friendly and seemed to be cleaning more than necessary, but they were genuinely happy to be there. The food was delicious, and I felt very welcomed. Although most of the staff were young, they all did an outstanding job.
