Aqua Noodle House - Bankstown

We found the black worm with lot of hairs in the noodle bowl. The owner lady didn’t say sorry to us and still want to charge full price. After agued she said “ok I will discount the money for the noodles but still charge for few pieces of meat comes with the noodles that you already eat”. I gave her $100 and she gave me $50 back. When we about to go home, she called me back and said “you haven’t paid me yet” I asked to see the camera but she denied. We went home and my husband vomited. The man owner sent me message and asked “haven’t you seen worms in the food before? Thats normal I’ve seen that offen” and still said that I haven’t paid. Asked him to see the camera again and he said it’s really difficult, even the police can’t see the camera either. They need to wait to the end of the day, count the money and then they know if I paid or not . Never come back again. Really bad service.

I will never come back to this restaurant again, I ordered Seafood laksa and got a very watery chicken laksa. When I asked about what I got they told me it was Chicken Laksa. I said: I ordered Seafood Laksa and the girl said: I'm sorry but did not take it away but waited for me yo ask her to give me the right dish. After a while another person came back as nd said: I need your dish so we will put seafood in it. They did: teo prawn and snother 3 pieces of sea food. Very dissatisfied.

Had to wait almost an hour for the food too come , and they didn’t all come at once. It’s weird that for the crispy chicken noodle, the chicken came first then the noodles 10 mins later! Food is less than average. Never come back again !!!

The reason I vote 5 stars for this restaurant is not only about the food quality, it's about the whole experience. There is hard to find a good Chinese Vietnamese restaurant in Bankstown. Mostly small, messy and unimpressive food. Aqua Noodle House has some factors that are different to others. Firstly, it's quite big and spacious, the space for a table here is bigger and more comfortable than other restaurants. We can book easily for 10 20 pp Secondly, the menu has various of choices of asian food, we can find mostly Chinese, Vietnamese, a little bit Thai and Malaysian. Menu is very clear with pictures for every meals. It even has hot pot. Thirdly, the quality of the food is good, meals are big and tasty. Lastly, it's not a very high standard 5 stars restaurant, therefore the quality of food is just good, not excellent, some meals is just average. However, the hot pot is totally great, nothing else can compare, even the famous Shangcheng Hotpot in Townhall. Most of all, the price is so cheap, comparing to other restaurants around, this is the best choice.

We wanted to give this new restaurants in Bankstown a go and it wasn't very exciting. There were too many choices on the menu and the dishes that came out varied in quality.
