This restaurant provides terrible service with poorly made coffee and a lack of consideration for their customers. The owners seem indifferent to losing business. It's no surprise that there were no available tables at the nearby emporium. Our extra shot soy latte was burnt and the milk was curdled. When we requested a different coffee, we were charged an extra $2. The barista argued that the additional charge was justified, despite our dissatisfaction. As someone who drinks four takeaway coffees from various cafes each day, I know what good coffee should taste like, and this was certainly not it.

This café is beautiful and offers a great selection of fresh cakes and chocolates that would delight anyone with a sweet tooth. They also serve good coffee and fruit drinks. A visit to this place is definitely worth it.

We ordered chocolate mountain sons tonight and got 2 pots of cheap vanilla ice cream, a glass of sawn glass and 1 strawberry. it was missing half of the ingredients, but they still have $15 per piece. the coffee is cheap and annoying, and the icey drinks taste...“strands” we never come back here again, they are constantly disappointed. oliver brown in saigon plaza bankstown is beautiful, clean and service is amazing. this place has to close and make one go away for something better.

I wait here with my family, no waiting queue, but wait more than 10 minutes to serve. there are 3 workers in there, just like ignoring us. we ordered waffel with strawberry, grilled bananen krepps, ice chocolate and some coffee. Grilled banana crepe was so easy, and ice chocolate too. they need a better management there, as they open up in the main and working conditions.

Located in a bustling prime location, one would expect better service. The employees appear unhappy and unenthusiastic, giving off a forced vibe. I have visited a few times and consistently received cold coffee long before dessert. The only reason this place seems to be operating is due to its late hours next to Woolworths. I will not be returning for another try.
