San Churro - Bankstown

We took our son to Monkey Mania and were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary chocolate treat on our way out. Despite being very busy, the staff did a great job managing the customers.

I ordered the "oddly perfect pair." The churros were overcooked and the chocolate sauce was basically just a hot chocolate drink - it was watered down. I have had this dish before with Miranda and it was great, but the churros were a letdown. It was disappointing to have them paired with a tasteless drink.

Beautiful place for a dessert once in a blue moon due to the unhealthy eating and drink options. I will not choose this place again for a dessert, we found the churros very oil penetrated, but they taste ok not the best, but...okay many cheap dirty oil after the taste, there is no possibility to eat more than two churros, including the dives. we ordered the Churro-Fiesta, which came with 6 different dips and the churro snack pack with bananas and strawberries. was very full of a Friday night and parking is absolutely shocking, we had to park in a seperate parking space on the other side of the road. good thing at this place is the fast friendly customer service that was really refreshing.

My wife got a sweet one after our jubilee dinner. she ordered the thick Spanish hot chocolate and it was far away from thick. she also ordered the kooky butter loop and it was much smaller than another san churro we visited. I have the chocolate vulcano. the vulcan was perfect, but the vanillaeis shovel that accompanied it look as if it was cleaned with a teespoon. on your game!

This club is fantastic and a perfect spot to cap off the evening, enjoying some churros and chocolate after a few drinks with the girls.
