Initially, it seemed like it would be a pleasant experience, but it quickly turned into one of the worst dining experiences we've ever had—not due to the food, but because the management lacked a basic understanding of what it takes to run a business. Our table was right next to a terrace door, and with the temperature at 48 degrees outside, it was uncomfortable. They allowed patrons to open the door and go outside to take photos, without considering our discomfort as we tried to enjoy a hot meal. It reached its peak when the owner opened the door and left it ajar for five minutes while chatting with a friend, remarking that some people enjoy the cool breeze. It was truly frustrating.
