Ihop - Banning

We usually love IHOP. We’ve tried to dine in after church on Sundays and the place was dirty both times we went. Cook was rude and yelling at waitress. Most food options were not available they said. I reported it to headquarters because we felt very unsafe and unwelcome. Received call and apology from owner promising it would be dealt with. Believe it would be but others say it’s the same. Decided to switch to delivery and it’s horrible. Limp cold fries last night with chicken tenders that looked old and cooked twice all dried out and hard. Got pancakes and there was no syrup or butter even though we requested all condiments. I love ihop but very disappointed with the one in Banning. It’s sad you live in a town but cannot enjoy dinner at such an iconic place. Corporate needs to manage their franchises better.

The servers were wearing coats. It was cold inside. Everything else was good.

The food was good but the service was terrible. Not only did they mess up my order, but the waitress was M.I.A. I had to get up and request our drinks, utensils, and napkins. After paying, I noticed that I was short $15.00. I walked back to request my change, and the waitress acted very suspicious. My advice, always count your money twice before putting your receipt away. I wonder how many times they have tipped themselves for terrible service?

My favorite place for breakfast is IHOP, I really like it, I recommend it.

Only got takeout here but the food was pretty good it was a dulce pancake and while it was delicious I wish they'd wipe the sides to clean off the spilled syrup since it was kinda
