Kirra Beach Hotel - Banora Point

Almost next to to where we stayed so very handy. Right on Marine Parade the main drag and it invites walking in if you're strolling along the beach. Prices are very affordable. It seems to segregate the drinkers, pup goers at one end and diners at the other. Good.Our food arrived quickly once our order was given. And it was good value. We went on two nights during our Coolangatta stay.

My wife and I just had a very enjoyable lunch at the Kirra Beach Hotel, my wife had a chicken schnitzel and salad and I had Fish and Chips and salad, both meals were $12 each and very delicious and good sized servings, are going back on Wednesday night for the special Roast Night

I go to Kirra Beach Hotel at least twice a week. The food is always good and the staff are great, especially the young man who is manly on the till and running food, he is also on the bar sometimes. Sorry I don't know his name. He is always friendly and amazing at his job. I will keep coming back.

You have the traditional bar area then the Beach & Bar dining area. The dining/bar area is large with a view over to the famous Kirra surf break. The staff were happy & friendly & the decor was fitting of this beach lifestyle. There is also a kids enclosed play area & lounge chairs to relax in.The menu is extensive & our meals were a good size portion & tasty. Drinks were normal pub prices. Overall a great place to sit with a drink & a meal without feeling like your in a basic pub.

Stunning beach views (plus the passing parade of shoppers, cars and a surf club across the road) and an impressive lunchtime specials menu always draw happy smiles when we announce Kirra Hotel as the lunch venue. Today was no exception!Our big crowd (approx 40 diners) was split fairly evenly between steak eaters, seafood lovers, people with pasta preferences, and the slim salad nibblers. Everyone found something on the specials menu (they really couldn't believe the prices), and since we had a professional bus driver, a few enjoyed a glass of wine or a beer with their lunch, too. The pokies here have been lucky in the past - no-one's mentioned anything yet, but hey... ;)They make ok cappuccino too.
