I had a really tasty and satisfying oat milk banana chocolate protein shake at the restaurant today.

The coffee for takeout was great and the staff were very friendly! I haven't had the chance to try the food yet, but I would definitely return.

Bantry is a picturesque town in Ireland that I highly recommend visiting. The presence of a charming little eatery like Box of Frogs only adds to the experience. The staff at Box of Frogs exemplify the renowned Irish hospitality, making us feel incredibly welcome. As a vegan and gluten-free individual, the chef went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary restrictions by creating a delicious salad bowl with fresh fruit, roasted potatoes, vegetables, pesto, endives, and various other tasty ingredients. My omnivore friend also enjoyed the diverse menu options. We complemented our meal with a wheatgrass juice and a delightful vanilla chai latte made with soya or almond milk. The prices were reasonable, and the restaurant had a relaxed atmosphere. Additionally, they offer a wine menu for those interested.

Bantry is a beautiful city, and I would recommend everyone while they are in the world. a great little esserei like box of frogs there is only the icing on the cake. the men are known for their friendliness and cordial greetings, and the workers at box of frogs only strengthen this. such nice people, they would not have done more to make us welcome. I am vegan and gluten-free and the chef has made me through a huge list of ingredients he had that I could eat. then he made me the most incredible salat bowl, the fresh fruit, roasted new kartoffels and sweet, pesto, endive and countless other tasty elements that I can't remember because I was so busy enjoying every mouth. my friend I traveled with is omnipresent, and she loved the options they had too. we washed our food with a weizengrass juice (grown) and I also had an amazing vanilla chai latte (they had soya and mandelmilch available). the cost was also very reasonable, and the restaurant has a nice, relaxed feeling for it. they also have a wine menu if they want it.
