I was quite disappointed with the service. If you have multiple phone lines, it would be helpful to inform customers, as it can be frustrating to repeatedly call and not receive a response. Improved communication would save everyone a lot of time and trouble. Rating: 1 out of 5.

The service at this restaurant was completely unacceptable. When we arrived, we attempted to place our order, but the two ladies in front of us completely ignored us. After repeating my order, the woman handling the cash finally spoke up and said, "I don't understand why people come here all stressed and order sweet chili chicken." As a regular customer of Romans, I can honestly say this is the second worst branch I've ever visited. The receipt had the name Bukiwe Mvalelwa on it, who seemed to be the manager. I have never been so frustrated!

I recently ordered takeout from this restaurant, and I was pleasantly surprised. The food was delicious, prepared with fresh ingredients, and the portion sizes were quite generous. Given the price range of R 200 to R 250 per person, it offered excellent value for the quality provided. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in search of a tasty takeout option. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience!
