Eat best quality. a little expensive. service quality very bad..the personal needs a lot of time to bring the orders. the one hour wasted

I had dinner at the restaurant. I had not-veg kashmiri pallou (hahn and two different types of meat). it was delicious and much. I couldn't finish it. the rest I took out, I gave a cheat. I would like to go back and try other Kashmiri dishes.

The food is very authentic. Huge dinning space. Well trained staffs. Service is good. Wide variety of kashmiri and other food available including fish. They hv huge variety of tikka items.

Had dinner there with my friends. We ordered 2 biryanis, one kebab plate and 1 plain Nan along with 2 dew cans and they charged us with a whopping 1700rs bill. It was a total waste of money since this much food would have cost only around 800-900 at any good restaurant. Food was not as tasty and the total waste of money.

We call room service in the evening time for water. But they disconnected the call 5-6 times...i buy water bottle 3-4 times outside the market store. But they cannot give proper service to me. And morning time I call through my mobile number hotel number direct then one room service guy coming he said sir our landline number is not working some times. Very uncooperative staff Food was too much expensive. I never suggest to book this hotel. Breakfast available but only in your room. 300 break amount they mention in room lobby note. And we paid approx 700 per head.... In 300 we get 4 pcs Bread butter 2 omlette and 2 tea only. No buffet system in the hotel. I suggest to everyone please do not book this hotel if you like location. They charge too much amount as per the service and hotel.
