Hukad,robinson's Place Butuan City

We decided to eat here yesterday because of one reason, BAKED SCALLOPS and of course the other dishes as well. Here's what we experienced. 1. The waiter seemed in a hurry, while he was taking our orders. Those who were with me, noticed it too. 2. They served the dishes one by one, and the time we waited for each dish is like 15mins in between! (We came in at 2pm, which is not a peak hour. Only 3 tables were occupied including ours, but still they served the food longer than expected) 3. It seemed they forgot the last 2 orders we had! They even asked us what were those! 4. When they finally served the last dish it was not a baked scallops but a BURNT SCALLOPS! So I called the waitress and told her about it. She just took the plate, didn't say sorry, and left. 5. They served the baked scallops after we're done eating and had already billed out. We've been to hukad cebu and never had a bad customer experience with them.

I find it weird how the servers were awkward around customers: always in the hurry to be away. I didn't mind the waiting time since it's normal for places like this but the wait for ALL FOOD to be served was a bit torturous. We had to remind them again of what we ordered for all to be served. Food tasted average and rice smelled old. It was my first time to eat in any Hukad diner but this will be my last. Unless there are good reviews around.

Poor service, we had few orders for our meal and yet the waiter told us they forgot to read and prepare the 2 dish.

Food is good and sumptuous. Bad review for waiters who are cold, distant and unaccommodating towards their costumers. Would probably not recommend to others.

Late Food Service! We ordered clearly everything and the waiter repeated our order and we waited until 15 minutes lapsed no food yet, however, the group on other table who came after us already getting their orders. We called the staff to check our order and minutes passed but still our food not ready. I asked again the waiter who took the order again he said it will take some time. We got our order after more than 30 minutes. Nobody came to our table to apologise at least. One girl just asked if all our orders are complete. That's it! If you order try to ask the counter if they punched the order yet just to avoid this unpleasant scenario.
