Hiss Bakery - Barberton

I inquired with the clerk about the freshness of the nut roll, and she assured me that it was fresh. However, when I got home and tried it, it tasted old and stale. There was barely any nuts in it.

I placed an order for 18 cupcakes a week in advance and honestly, I should have just walked out. The staff member who took my order acted like she was doing me a huge favor, and she seemed annoyed by my questions about filling options. When I returned today to pick up my order for my party, I found out that my ticket had been scheduled for the wrong day. All I received was a shrug and an apology. If you're hoping to get your baked goods, especially if they're not already on display, I wouldn't rely on this place for your order.

I wish I had visited earlier to explore more of their offerings. Unfortunately, I came in the afternoon, and there wasn't much left. However, after tasting what I did manage to get, I completely understand why! Their doughnuts are soft and delicious! The customer service is excellent too. Their bread is just as good and tasty as their doughnuts! I would definitely return!

Always nice to get greeted with a warm smile when buying sweets. I so love their iced cookies and Butter Bits. Definitely a must purchase. ?
