With Chuck E Cheese making the unfortunate decision to get rid of theirs, this was our only option within reason, so we made the nearly 3 hour drive with some friends and I’m glad we did! This place has enough nostalgia for us millennials and Gen Xers while being a fun time for the kiddos. The games worked and weren’t expensive, the animatronics looked great, and the food was surprisingly, very good. I was expecting a below average pizza at a place like this, but the pizza was really good. By the entrance they had a sign that said “coming soon bounce houses and soft play area”. We’re definitely looking forward to that as well. We will be back for sure.
Still very reminiscent of Showbiz pizza. Great place to take the kids.
IT WAS AMAZING!!! If you live RAE or just animatronics in general (Im a huge fan of FNaF, CEC, and Showbiz, so this was amazing), you will LOVE IT! I am totally going back next year for my birthday again!!
5 stars…and I’m going to touch on everything we experienced (pluses and minuses so the reader knows what to expect. The animatronics were the draw for my daughter who is obsessed. They were in top notch condition and my daughter was in heaven. The Showbiz Rockafire shows were fantastic and take you back to childhood. The only place on Earth to see them is here, so that alone was worth every dollar spent. They have tons of gaming (almost all in great shape that take quarters and bills (most games were $1 per play and last only a few seconds . The owner and staff were very kind and helpful. They allowed backstage entry when it was slow and I’ll be forever grateful for that. The pizza was decent and the facility was in pretty good shape. Everything appeared clean and taken care of. The town seemed a bit sketch, as did most of WV, but that has nothing to do with this review. The laser tag was closed, but that wasn’t a big deal. The prize counter is HUGE and full of tons of items. I hear they are getting go karts at some point, but not yet. That would be amazing. My only negative would be that compared to Chuck E Cheese (which is all we have to go on the games were about 4 times as pricey and rarely could you win a decent amount of tickets (but Chuck doesn’t have animatronics anymore and they are going broke, so go figure! . I wish we could have bought the plushies in a couple of the games. We did stock up on souvenirs (hat, shirt, lanyard, posters, etc which she loved. If they had masks and plushies for sale of Showbiz and FNAF characters we’d probably have spent another few hundred dollars more. All in all, I’d highly recommend if you want that FNAF/Showbiz experience. I know that having completely restored and functioning animatronics and a large facility with lots of games and employees is not cheap to run, so all in all it was an experience my daughter won’t soon forget, and that’s what it was all about for me.
We had the opportunity to party here this past Saturday. We were impressed how good the animatronics were working and how great they looked. They haven’t been like this since their early days when it first opened. The pizza is still good and we had a great time.
