The waitress seemed to be having a rough day, so perhaps she wasn't in the best mood. I also noticed that the staff wasn't very friendly, and it felt unwelcoming, especially for families. I was with my 1-year-old, and when he tried to interact with the waitress, she completely ignored him. On a positive note, the parking lot is spacious, which is a plus. However, overall, it wasn't a child-friendly experience.
I had to return my meal because the eggs were overcooked. Additionally, the waitress was not very attentive to our needs.
Firstly, the restrooms are consistently dirty and flooded, which feels unhygienic. The restaurant is often understaffed, resulting in slow service and only average food quality. Staff members rarely check on tables, which is a sign of poor management planning. While the team is friendly, personal conversations shouldn't take place on the floor; it’s unprofessional. Finally, if they encounter customers with special needs or circumstances, they should respond with patience and politeness. It’s important to know how to handle different situations. Management needs to be more proactive and professional to improve the experience. A reactive approach reflects ineffective leadership and communication, which ultimately drives customers away.
Absolutely the worst customer support! 15 min at zero detection on the counter even a family of 5 was unorganized there, the least to say!
Friendly waitress and quick service. But the food was absolute garbage, flavorless and cold.
