This place however has some amazing vegan paellas, specially the mushroom one was one of the finest I 've had over a lifetime here. That said it is quite pricey but both the view and the service were outstanding.
Finally managed to find vegan paella! We had a reservation but still had to wait about an hour at our table after ordering before it arrived. They give you a 20 minute egg timer and tell you it’ll arrive before it finishes (which it didn’t), problem is they give it to you after half an hour! Decent food and great experience/views, but it’s not cheap (18€ per person).

The place is a chiringuito, very well located near the poble nu. In his letter there are vegetarian and vegan options (last is not indicated as such.) within so many rice, I chose the mushroom paella. full of verduritas, exquisite rice and different varieties of mushrooms, a good ration for two. For dessert, there is a vegan option that is a chocolate cake with amazing maracuya sorbet. I mean, yes, this dessert can be perfect for two, it's a good piece and it's appreciated.
Ordered the vegan mushroom and asparagus paella good portion size. The staff was friendly and educated about what was vegan. Good atmosphere. Also order the vegan chocolate cake!
