Great time spent at noon completely by chance, really fresh products, lots of choice despite the size of the place. Just wait to take the place of the one who leaves. Definitely worth the detour.

The Best Food in Town. Family operated small counter restaurant at the Barcelona Market. Extremely Friendly. We were vacationing in Barcelona 2 weeks ago and were lucky to eat there 3 times. You pick from the counter what you like, and it is prepared fresh in front of you. If they do not have something, they will go get it from the market fresh fish vendor and make it for you. Listen to their advice, everything that they suggested was amazing. The son. Suggested grilled mushrooms with raw egg yolk, and it was amazing. Cold beer and Gin and Tonic were great additions to the meal. Listed to their advice on Gin. There are many places at the market, but DO NOT MISS this one. Thank you.

We happened on this place by accident and I can understand why the reviews are so great. It was such fun sitting, eating and drinking top class Spanish food and wine and watching the staff simply doing their jobs perfectly. This was a real treat and I would recommend it to anyone who is visiting Barcelona. Thank you, Clemen's Boqueria. for making one meal so memorable!
