Dunnes Irish - Barcelona

My family and I called in for a drink,and stayed for 3,we had 1 inside then went out the back and had another 2,looks like a nice pub,staff not very interested in communicating with customers,but we enjoyed our drinks

Very disappointed to have spent our last night in Barcelona here. We usually really like Irish pubs and any pub for a hearty well priced simple meal with a menu we can understand and enjoy. We have eaten in bars all over Europe . This one was a very dimly lit dingy pub with no ambience and no TV to catch up on sport. With exception of one staff member, service was less than bland and more like couldn’t care less. Ordered a med- well done steak for dinner as a treat and it was well priced. The first presentation of the steak it was still bleeding and mooing. We returned it and inform by chef that he was advised we wanted ‘rare’. We were surprised by this as the staff member who took our order was not European and spoke the same English that we did. The chef was happy to rectify the situation and after 10 minutes delivered the same piece of meat to us in pretty much the same condition, still raw and blue. Nearly vomiting, we left. Will not return there next trip and can’t encourage support from others when there are so many great places to go in Barcelona

The staff working when we visited on a Monday night were fantastic they couldn’t have been more welcoming. Lovely pub with good beer and sports. Really clean, great atmosphere. Thank you Danny and Jade!

Fantastic pub with a great vibe. Hayley was the best bar person we have had this weekend. very friendly and helpful. went for one drink and ended up staying for the full night.

Definitiw the best Irish pub in barcelona! a must! the landscape and design are from this world! very spacious and the atmosphere is perfect. Guinness freaks! that is your way! surprisingly cheaper than other Irish pubs, although they are in a fairly central area
