Walking in and I knew I would enjoy my visit here, a great bar with superb decor and furnishings including a cool looking serving bar and plenty of seating options spread throughout this bar,it's just a cool bar. We were here on a really hot Thursday night, greeted warmly by a very pleasant member of staff who served us a beer each, we opted to have that most German of beers namely Warsteiner beer, these beers were served in tip top condition being iced cold and sparkling and we just chilled out and took in the great bar we were in. I really enjoy Warsteiner beer, this light pils style beer is hoppy, well balanced and very easy to drink and a beer style I really enjoy. We really enjoyed our beers in here and the great atmosphere so much so that we ended up staying for another beer each before we moved on for a first time visit to this wonderful bar we were very impressed. Ebano is really easy to locate on Paralel in the Raval neighbourhood . Well worth checking out.
We were fortunate to stumble upon this place while walking on Parelel. We had the tapas tasting menu, which featured many tapas, wine and the rest of out for less than 15€ pp. The service was prompt and they spoke very good English. The baby squid were delicate and especially good. One of our best meals in bcn!
Had an overpriced undercooked meal here. Do not recommend! The sausage was raw and the monkfish was dry. The chips were just soggy. Really not a good meal at all, especially as it's more expensive than other restaurants in the area.
Like our friend westernyank180 I, too, was fortunate to stumble upon this place while walking on Parelel, enjoying Barcelona 's natural ambience and the sounds of enthusiasm emanating from el Molino, just down the boulevard. When I arrived, it was just myself and one other couple enjoying the mod and comfortable atmosphere but, as the night progressed, that changed to a bodacious bevy of beauteous beaus and babes (and a smattering of real babies) that exemplify the beauty of the Catalonians. Remember: 11 pm is the normal dinner hour, and that 's when Barcelona and Ebano come alive. I fell in chaste love with Carolina, the stunning Brazilian that wo mans the bar before the crowds arrive, and then tends to the masses lovingly once they do. And, I literally kvelled over the cheese dip appetizer and chicken Masala, both crafted to perfection and tastier than I 've experienced in their respective home countries, if you can imagine. For me, the most important part of any experience is the vibe I know that 's almost embarrasingly 60s and hippie, but it 's true....the feel of the place matters. And the feel off Ebano is just fantastic. I wholeheartedly recommend a visit whether during the quiet times of 8 11 pm, or the more festive period of 11 pm until 3:30 am....whenever...it 's ALL great!!!
The Lounge serve good cocktails all night long. The Owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. The Lounge is opened all night long if you drink some cocktails.
