The meat was as tasty as I’ve had anywhere and bonus they had English menus. This place is big enough for large groups.
Please make sure you visit this quaint Peru eatery, as they serve the most delicious and tender roasted chicken that I've tasted! You need to try the Chicha Morada drink which they have, which is all natural and very refreshing! I would love to eat the chicken once again before I die!
Last night I went to have dinner with my family for my birthday, we are regular customers that we like Peruvian food. We usually order a big amount of food and pay around 70 to 80 euros every time we go there. Last night because it was our my birthday we thought we could bring a cake and have it here. I completely understand you can't bring food into the restaurant that isn't from there and if you do you have to ask for their permission or be charged a fee. The fee we were going to be charged was crazy, Only because we wanted to eat a small cake for 7 people, two of them were children, we were going to be charged 8 euros When I heard that I was like are you kidding me?!. Even the workers were very understanding and had to even apologize for the crazy fee they wanted to charge. The food is okay and service is also okay, there was only one worker that was very nice and polite to us, the rest didn't even care about anything and your order and every time they come to aka you what you want they have a serious face like they are having the worst day ever. Lastly, the chicken used to be a lot bigger than what it is now, it looks like they went to hunt pigeons at Plaza Cataluña. The anticucho super dry and the seviche has more lemon and corn than fish. Overall, very disappointing and ripoff for the 8 euros, there are way better Peruvian food in Barcelona.
