The meat I received was overcooked to the point of being well-done, which is unacceptable for a place known for its quality steaks. The service was also disappointing - we waited for an hour just to get our drinks after ordering appetizers, and the long wait for our food made us even more thirsty. Additionally, the restroom facilities were in a very poor condition.
I rarely write reviews when an establishment does not meet my expectations, but after a disappointing experience at this restaurant, I feel it is necessary. I visited on a Saturday night and was seated in an annex where a cold draft was coming in through the veranda door. The heating was increased, allowing me to remove my jacket and eat in somewhat acceptable conditions. However, I do not consider this a positive point; it should be expected. I may have had more complaints if the restaurant had been too hot. Waiting over two hours for a drink is unacceptable. After the aperitif, no server came to our table to offer us another drink. When we finally placed our order, I hoped for a perfectly cooked piece of meat. Unfortunately, when my plate arrived, the waitress warned me that it was a little hot. In reality, it was burning. The meat, which I had requested to be cooked rare, was medium. This mistake is inexcusable for a reputable steak restaurant. I understand that the restaurant was busy and the staff were overwhelmed, but the poor quality of service is unacceptable.
For 49 euros, we were served a complimentary amuse-bouche and bread with our main dishes at this restaurant. Unfortunately, the sole dishes lacked flavor and were served without any filling. We were in an annex to the main hall where the veranda door lets a cold air wall in. heating was increased, which allowed me to have conditions acceptable to eat (I was able to remove my jacket) I did not raise it as a positive point; It's just normal, right? When we finally got the order, I took the hope of thinking about the good piece of meat waiting for me. My plate is coming, the waitress asks me to take it and tells me it's a little hot. No, it wasn't a little hot, it was burning. I started my song for which I asked for a blue kitchen. I was right. totally unforgivable for a famous meat restaurant. I am aware that the restaurant was crowded and the waiters were overflowed. but such a service of poor quality is unacceptable.
For 49 € the fun mouth and the bread received with the main dish! the soles had no taste and served without filling, the fries were good. The cod hidden under a funny sauce was dry and tasteless. oscar
