Loved the restaurant, the food and the service. Will definitely eat there the next time I'm in Bardstown.
Everything was outstanding from the moment we arrived, grabbed a cocktail, toured/tasted, to dinner. We would like to especially point out two people that were exceptional along the way: Vince, our tour guide and Will our waiter. Great people.
Awesome food and drinks. Get the Hot Brown and the chocolate lava cake delicious! Our server was great as well. Love the atmosphere as well. Such a great experience!
We waited 20 minutes for our drinks. Our food was served cold, lukewarm at best. Despite the high prices and attempt to appear to be a chichi restaurant, we were asked to keep our dirty utensils between courses. The table wasn't cleared of used dishes. The hot brown was dry. The steak frites was not a true steak frites, which is a ribeye with fries, not what was served. The Mississippi Mud pie was grainy, dry and flavorless and there was nothing muddy about it. And the French press coffee was not hot. We were completely underwhelmed. Trying to be upscale and fashionable but is really just expensive and disappointing.
