Contribuisci feedbackMy order is very rarely correct. I'm often missing parts of my order. I tried contacting customer service, but they never got back. At this point Taco Bell owes me some money for all the missing food.
They have 2 self service ordering kiosks. I attempted to place an order on one but it would not recognize half the taps. I turned around to order with a person and no one came up. I again tried to continue with the kiosk. Another person came in and went to the counter, someone walked right up to them. I turned back around and walked up to order. I told the employee the kiosk wasn 't recognizing taps and he said , I know, we aren 't allowed to put an out of order sign on it . So the employees are not only aware of the problem, they aren 't telling anyone to save them the frustration, AND they aren 't watching for those customers to come to the counter.This happened to someone else right behind us.Ridiculous way to treat your customers.
Vegetarian options: They have gotten more selections than they used to have and they are pretty good. My favorite is the vegetarian power bowl.
An employee put my order on the counter and walked away. I stood at the counter being ignored for 10 minutes just to get the drink cup that went with my meal. Food now soggy and barely warm.
I’m ready for robots to take over the service industry. Went to walk into this location. Door was completely locked. Employees made eye contact with me and didn’t care to inform me why they were not allowing customers inside during normal business hours. If you want to be rude and ignore me, a sign on the door would be sufficient. Another miserable experience trying to give a Taco Bell my money. Burn it down.
