Contribuisci feedbackVery very poor.. Everything was old and cold. Upon complaining I was told that I should have checked upon delievery. So it's up to you...you should order...you should check..you are the one responsible not KFC.
KFC Bareilly centre Staff is not responding well to his Customers.They are not telling about the time details of order.Order is not prepared automatically ,it is prepared when you show your order slip after waiting too much time.
I ordered boneless strips on 2nd Nov 2021 but the taste was worst. Even the taste is quite different than the KFC chicken. I like to go to KFC because of consistency in its taste but KFC Bareilly is not upto mark at this point. I never had KFC chicken like that. I think KFC Bareilly is making peoples fool because the its chicken taste is quite different from KFCs of other cities.
KFC Bareilly pheonix.. Please look into it, u guys must be more professional with your customers, Worst experience I ever had with any restaurant. Showing u phonepe and all but only cash and card options are available. Please update, if digital payment options are not working, please don't portrait options on front door.. We we avoid this place
I made my order through swiggy for 5 pieces Smoky red bucket and one chicken rice bowl. The order got accepted immediately and the status was showing as order is getting ready. The delivery partner reached there to pick it up, and after more than half an hour I am receiving the call saying that the outlet doesn't have the smoky red. Is it really your way to deal with your customers? After half an hour of receiving the order, the concerned team is realizing that they don't have it. Pathetic!!! Please check on it on the serious note, because it's the second time that such type of case came into my knowledge. If the team can't manage the orders, they should stop receiving it on the first go.
