Flap-jack's Pancake House

Very disappointed is this company, eating was not even good and taken forever. but the worst thing was that this guy who seemed like he was running the load, a complete idiot. I had my children at the time when he screamed at this guy outside while we tried to get to the place. We should have done that, but not. I wish this place the best, but my family of 6 will not come back. for management they get a grip on the guy who works the front.

We have eaten here several times in the past however, The last time the service was poor (distracted waitress) and unsatisfactory quality of cleanliness. Hair found underneath pancakes. This last time was our last time At Flap Jacks !!

They remodeled it so it looks great, the food is always good the atmosphere is pleasant and the service was excellent!

Our server, Luis, was very personable, had a quick wit, and was an excellent server in all ways. His trainer should be proud of her part in this, as should he, because he has only been there 2 months. The food as always was very tasty and presented in an appetizing fashion. It
