Favourite - Barking and Dagenham

I have been your customer for the last 7 years and my whole family loves your food. We eat atleast once a week from here. However recently your staff member whose probably the manager (a srilankan big guy) has been extremely rude with me. When i asked him to make my order, he refuses to fry it saying its either finished or come back after an hour, even when other staff member are willing to make the order he tells them off. I have never had this kind of customer service from your shop before. Previously a lot of people have worked here and all were very professional and nice. But fortunately this particular person has been rude multiple times. I don’t understand if you guys are not willing to make the order for me then why do you have a menu on to choose from. My kids love your food but unfortunately because of the herrendous customer service I am never going to visir here again, and you guys have lost a very loyal customer.

Avoid this chicken shop, their service is extremely poor they have zero customer service skills. Ordered two chicken fillet burger meals, the chicken is raw and pink as soon as you bite into it. The chips were horrendous it seems they don’t know how to cook and serve food. Their chips were extremely oily like they were left overs and had been fried previously then fried again. When called and spoke to the worker he was unprofessional and very childish using slang. Will not be coming back here again which is a shame considering we used to be regulars.

Quality chicken spot. Have ordered from here plenty and not once has it disappointed.

Gave them £2.60 for 3 wings and fries. Waited whilst everyone else was served before me. Then when I asked where my food was they looked me dead in the face and said that I hadn't ordered anything. After trying to dispute this fact I was told that I had to pay another £2.60 if I wanted food. Disappointing because the store is right next to my college so it was convenient but don't think I'll go back there again
