Looks like a nice place! could go back to him one day. I was however before, but that was back in 2007 waaaaaaaaaaay. came back! for a beautiful Christmas walk around the square today....21/12/21 . beautiful place!

My Friend and l have had a lovely day out, we have had our lunch followed by tea and lemon cake and then a walk around the store. There is something for everyone. Very nice, we will definitely go back for more.

Friendly helpful staff, good plants and plenty of gift ideas. Mini shopping centre attached. Only tried the cake part of the restaurant but again very good quality scones and drinks.

However, the main disappointment came with the hot food we ordered. We each had fish and chips with mushy peas or garden peas. Unfortunately, both the fish and the chips were overcooked. The batter on the fish should have been light and fluffy, like the images on the website, but instead, it was hard and difficult to cut through. While the fish inside was white and decent, it was still let down by the overcooked batter. Additionally, we noticed that no tartar sauce was provided, even though it was advertised as part of the meal. This was quite a letdown for all of us. On a positive note, we did enjoy the Eton Mess cheesecake we ordered, which was delicious and something we would definitely have again. Overall, the garden center was a great place to explore with many interesting items and friendly staff, but the fish and chips could definitely use some improvement.

They offer a loyalty card for £12, which gives you a 10% discount on plants and seeds, plus two free drinks each month. Occasionally, they have special days with even deeper discounts. The value of the drinks alone makes it worth it! I bought some roses that were exceptionally healthy for just five pounds, which felt like a good deal. I also received a 10% discount on the sale price because I used my loyalty card. At the moment, bed linen and pots are 50% off, so it's a great time to shop!
