Absolutely lovely place! Just a few steps outside the busy part of Barmouth where you can sit inside or at the back on the patio. We had a delicious homemade cheesecake and fresh lemonade. Very nice people and dog friendly. Ideal place to sit and relax and try something out of the ordinary.
Our stay at Aber House as usual was wonderful, the staff were accommodating and kind. After our first day the owners cat was lost, a day later we found him and brought him to the owner. Over this we made a friend and enjoyed unparalleled hospitality. Claudia is wonderful as well as all her staff. Be sure to say hello to the hotel dog and Kater the cat! Would highly recommend a stay in this hotel.
Very friendly b&b and cafe. Spacious clean rooms. Everything you could wish for at breakfast. Very helpful and friendly staff. Dog friendly too. Would definitely stay again!
If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would! Tracey and Steve are the most amazing hosts; nothing is too much trouble for them. They even served as our witnesses at our secret wedding, and they were fantastic—friendly, warm people who go above and beyond. The house has been beautifully upgraded under their care; it’s now an impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, inviting place to stay. The breakfast is delicious, with plenty of options and unlimited tea, coffee, and toast. My partner claimed the eggs were the best he’s ever had, and I was fortunate enough to try Steve's homemade whole grain bread and teacake, both of which were absolutely delightful. The house is centrally located, making it easy to access shops and the beach. We arrived as strangers and left as friends, and we are already planning our next visit!
