We stayed over for a long weekend and loved it. Fantastic views from the bedroom and breakfast conservatory. The house is on a hill looking down on the beach. Lovely hotel overlooking Barmouth and the cardigan bay. The rooms are very comfortable and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The building itself is very nice and full of character. The view from our room and the dining room were exceptional. The food was extremely tasty with good portions. Rooms: The room was very comfortable and the views were amazing. Walkability: Less than a mile from Barmouth and quite an easy walk even though it's uphill. The road has pavement to walk on all the way. Food drinks: The food was very good quality and very good portions. Breakfast was good because they had a small buffet with drinks cereals fruit yogurt and toast and they took your order for a cooked breakfast. Our evening meal was very nice and large portions.
