I decided to try this restaurant with hopes of enjoying some quality homemade Persian food. Unfortunately, I was disappointed as the meat was served cold and undercooked, the rice lacked flavor, and the bread was cold. The presentation of the starter was sloppy and the main dish arrived too quickly after. Overall, I was unimpressed with my experience at this establishment.
This restaurant is awful. I do not recommend ordering anything from here. The chicken was not seasoned or cooked correctly, and I was unable to eat it.
After a long day out at the footy and needing sustenance for the long journey home, this was the first place we spied coming out of the Tube. My knowledge of Middle Eastern cuisine is limited but when I've sampled it, it's been very good. Yara in Alderley Edge is the obvious example around here. Delicious food. Anyway, we didn't have a clue so just asked the owner and he very patiently explained the dishes. We shared 2 plates and they were just what we needed, wholesome and tasty. I should mention the big, bitter lump I tried half way through the meal. Turned out it was a roasted lemon! Fascinated to read the dirty and a hangout for drug dealers review, the place can't be that dirty as it gets a 4/5 stars on the food standards agency website. Admittedly that's not ideal but some of the reviews on here are by people with an axe to grind. Reasonably priced too.
Hate speaking badly of a business but this place is not good at all.Very casual affair with strange manager and very little else. Not recommended
