Contribuisci feedbackThe customer service at Sushimania Whetstone is awful. Some of the staff, including the night duty manager on November 10th, 2023, were extremely rude. They insisted on separating us from our family when we only wanted to order from the a la carte menu for dietary reasons. While my family ordered 4 bottomless meals, they humiliated us and never apologized. It is worth noting that had we wanted to cheat, we could have ordered just 1 bottomless meal for 6 people. I attempted to contact the Head Office via email, but received no response. Additionally, their contact number and email are not working.
The restaurant space is very comfortable, with plenty of room between tables. The staff is friendly and the food was fresh and served promptly. Emelie was especially welcoming and attentive, ensuring our experience was enjoyable and explaining how to order using a QR code since I was unfamiliar with the process.
So I have visited this restaurant on a number of times. We have ordered from the all you can eat buffet and from the A La carte menu. The food on the A La carte menu besides have a larger variety is much tastier. The buffet menu is also very good, a great option if you are really hungry, still has a huge variety to choose from. Everything was freshly made. I love the fact they have now gone digital to order from buffet, makes it so much easier and definitely more professional.
I eat here regularly. The half price deal is on every lunchtime. Very good food. I can feed my entire family including two kids for around £40 and we all leave happy and very full. I would highly recommend.
We visited restaurant as a family today. The food was amazing veg gyoza was amazing. We opted for half price. It was a good price. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We will be there for sure.
