Americanos Pizza - Barnsley

The staff at this restaurant is rude, disrespectful, and has a bad attitude. During our last visit two weeks ago, we tried to place our order in person, but the girl kept answering the phone and taking orders instead. When we asked her why she prioritized the phone calls, she rudely responded with, "Who else will answer it?" Despite this negative experience, we decided to give the restaurant another chance last night. However, when our pizza was tossed onto our table and we questioned why, the staff explained that they were busy. Their aggressive and disrespectful conduct led us to request a refund for our food and promptly leave the establishment.

Taste direction. kebab meat tasted like dog food and pizza was not nice at all. would not recommend anyone.

Will never be ordered again. after the use of justeat I got an hour later a bad attitude and bad speech. the order has never been delivered. 1 of 5 as I can not give less.

Awful experience, they take your order but never deliver it. They speak to you rudely and demand that you call and chase them up. We had to contact our bank to get a refund.

Can't comment on the food. 1hr 30 so far and still no sign of the food for a 45 min delivery. Shocking. Tried to chase it up twice. Excuses but still no food
