Pizza Hut - Barnwell

I ordered pizza at 8:45, with a delivery time set for 9:20. When I hadn't received my order by 9:30, I called to check if there was an issue with the delivery address. They told me that the driver had left at 9:20. Finally, at 10:00, the pizza arrived, but it was cold. I called to express my concern about the cold pizza and was placed on hold to speak with a manager. Unfortunately, I was hung up on at least eight times. During my calls, I encountered rude responses, including comments like, "Why are you being difficult?" Although I recognized the managers, I never managed to speak with one. I'm planning to reach out to corporate because Pizza Hut is my favorite pizza place.

Awful management! I am still owed a pizza or $17 back for pizza that was overcooked and was told I could get it re-done but I did not want pizza the next day. I was going to be traveling for a couple of weeks and attempted to get my pizza when I returned. The young lady on duty as the manager did not have managerial abilities and had to call someone who was not there for them to tell her that I could not get my pizza I would have had to get it the same night. I did call corporate and they were supposed to call me back they did not. The Lack of professionalism in the kitchen should have made me realize I was not going to get a decent pizza.I will get my pizza hut pizza when I am out of the area not Barnwell

Food was great. The booth could have been cleaner (lots of food underneath the table) but generally service was good and food was tasty.

The food is excellent! I've never had any issues. The waitstaff is fantastic as well! The buffet can be a bit unpredictable; it really depends on when we visit. Considering how busy they get, the restaurant stays impressively clean!

Fantastic spot! I always enjoy my time here, especially with their delicious pizza. Plus, they even offer delivery right to your door.
