Finding the restaurant was quite a task as GPS led me in a totally different direction, luckily I saw the name of the establishment. The inside was very quiet. Not busy. It also had a television that played music--very entertaining to say the least. It took quite a while for me to choose my order because everything looked delicious on the menu. I finally ordered. My waitress, Amelia, was patient with me and helped me decide. Not even 10 minutes later, my food was brought out to me. In the restaurant, there's a bar that has your taco essentials--sour cream, pico de gallo, mild and hot sauce, you name it, they have it. My food was absolutely amazing. I will definitely be returning to this delectable family-owned restaurant.
Best Mexican food since California. We have been road tripping around the states and finding good Mexican food has been a challenge. Took a chance on this place and it did not disappoint, and that is coming from Californians. So good!
Best tacos ever! It's a true family affair and the Adobo sauce is heavenly! The prices are great!
Okay...my husband is from Texas and is constantly frustrated at the lack of what he considers to be real Mexican food. Well, he has FINALLY found this wonderful place that satisfies his craving! Housed in what was once a Tastee-Freeze/Dairy Queen, the exterior does not prepare you for the simple beauty of the interior or it 's sparkling cleanliness. I mean, this restaurant is cleaner than my own kitchen (and I 'm a neat freak)! The menu has a nice variety of tortas, quesadillas, and tacos. Today, we had small tacos of barbacoa, asada, and carnitas. (You may order small or large). They were DELICIOUS. The soft, corn tortillas and the home made sauces (we tried both hot and mild) felt like home. We were given a choice of the traditional cilantro and onions or lettuce and cheese, too. I 'm a cilantro fan myself, and they put the perfect amount on the taco...enough to add flavor, but not so much to overwhelm all of the yummy flavor of the meat. The mild sauce is a verde type sauce and it 's perfect in its tart freshness. The hot sauce is tomato-based, has a TON of flavor, and a really nice slow-burn on the back of the tongue. Service is excellent and friendly. Just walk up, peruse the menu, order, pay and have a seat. Cash or cards. They 've got excellent, homemade food, great music playing... I cannot WAIT to come back and try other items on the menu. Do not miss the opportunity to eat at this wonderful restaurant!
