We went in with two girls' soccer teams and parents. The wait staff handled it very well. The food was on point as usual. The orders took a little longer to get out due to the size of the crowd. However, Rachel kept our drinks full and checked on us often. Great job!

Horrendous service. This establishment is absolute trash. 15 minutes just to take our drink order, 2 waters. Brought only 1 water and lifted glass from the top touching almost 100% of glass rim with fingers. Still waiting on food, may need to take a nap. No I’ll walk out to the truck and get something to drink while I wait the remaining eternity before the food is done.

I hate to give them 3 stars because I enjoy Red Robin's food. All around, it was delicious. My family loved all of their meals. But it was the service that needed work. The place was not packed. There may have been 3 or 4 other parties in the restaurant, and from what I could see 4 waitresses. But service was slow and we were rarely checked on. The service is HORRIBLE nowadays. Fortunately though, the food is still good and reasonably priced. So it’s still good if you need something cheap but don’t expect to get it quickly or have refills at good rates. The alcoholic drinks aren’t very strong but they’re tasty.
