Saltgrass Steak House - Baron Rouge

THIS WAS OUR 48TH. WEDDING ANNIVERSARY..I HAVENT HAD A STEAK IN A RESTAURANT IN OVER 2 YRS..CAUSE OF COVID EPIDEMIC WE HAD ALLL 3 PHIZER SHOTS. SO FELT PRETTY SAFE.. IT SURELY WAS AWESOME TO GO OUT. THE PERFECT DATE FILLET WAS SOOOO JUICY TENDER!!

The food was good for the price. The service was poor, but that seems to be the new norm.

I have a party of 8, there are empty tables all over the restaurant, why are we sitting out side in the cold with a 50 miniute wait. Why? You want my money or not, it spends everywhere. Doesn't have to be saltiness.

Food was good but they need to learn what rare means. I been here twice so far and I always eat my steaks rare. When your paying $30 for a steak you expect it to be the way you ask. Both times have been medium rare. Five stars because this steakhouse was clean and the staff was great.

Went here yesterday, there were about 8—10 cars in the parking lot. There were tons of open tables and I was told there would be a 1 hour wait! This is a restaurant I always look for when traveling but now that we have one in our town you can see why I will never go here again. This was not the first time with a bad experience.
