Music way too loud. Seams to be a very common problem at most all Waffle House locations these days. I really miss the way waffle House used to be. When you have to raise you voice to order your food something is definitely wrong. Poor management
DEFINITELY NOT THE WAFFLE HOUSE WAY!!! So very frustrated!!! There were 3 grill operators, 4 servers, and a door corp. (None of which kept their masks on properly. It was either off the nose, under the chin, or totally non-existent. There were also a couple of other girls there, not quite sure what their contribution was. One had a white button up shirt on, the other had a black shirt with blue down the sides. My husband ordered K and eggs scrambled, scattered, smothered, covered, and chunk … – show
While I'm always trying to be patient with restaurants…this visit was one I needed to be patient with. The young lady that took my order was definitely new and had no enthusiasm. I hope she works out.
Never answers the phone and when they do. You are put on hold and they never come back.
