Basil's Pizzeria - Barre

Sometimes the pizza here is spot on other times it's very undercooked and gross. Last night I got a large Greek pizza. I always order the same thing and it always comes out different. I often ask not to add too many toppings as there was half an inch of toppings and the pizza was just dough underneath the toppings. Completely gross and you pick it up and everything slids off leaving the doughy underneath.. totally raw dough! I didn't eat it and really didn't appreciate having to make dinner as I was tired and ordered out to avoid this. I would say 60% of the time it's like this. The number one most important thing in food is consistency. That's what people care about and rely on. If I wanted to gamble I'd get a lottery ticket and definitely do not want to gamble on wether or not my food is going to be edible. Probably will not order again because of this.

Last week they didn’t even answer their phones for an order and tonight I ordered one large pizza. They told me 35 minutes so I showed up promptly 35 minutes later, and then I waited another 15 minutes for my pizza. Ridiculous. No greeting either. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
