Kfc Kentucky Fried Chicken - Barre City

We ordered a 13-piece meal, and unfortunately, the biscuits were as hard as rocks—definitely unsuitable for eating. I'm not exaggerating! The mashed potatoes tasted like they were pre-packaged and lacked flavor. I cannot recommend this KFC at all, unless you're in the market for hockey pucks instead of biscuits.

I've come to this restaurant multiple times at 9:40, hoping to grab some chicken after finishing work at 9:35. However, without fail, there's never anyone available to take my order. I've even knocked on the window to get someone's attention, but again, no response. If you're not going to serve customers at 9:40, please update your hours to reflect that you close at 9:40. I always end up having to go to the McDonald's further up the road because there are no other options.

I had a disappointing experience at the Barre Montpelier store, which ranks among the worst I’ve ever encountered when it comes to purchasing food. I requested extra crispy items but didn’t receive them. Additionally, I ordered sides of potatoes and gravy, but they forgot the gravy. There was also no butter provided for the rolls. Some of the instant mashed potatoes were still in their dry, instant form. I believe their quality control needs significant improvement. I won’t be returning. - Allen

Drive through only, the place closes at 10p.m. we arrived at 7p.m tried to order 12 piece meal. Wanting half original and the other half crispy. They only could sell me a 8 piece stating they were out of chicken. Now being a KFC I had a hard timebelieving and understanding how that was possible.We said we would wait but the young girl working drive-thru said they didn'thave anymore chicken at all. It wasn't a option. We decided on a 8 piece chicken tender to go and our reg sides Mac n cheese,mashed potatoes &gravy, and Cole slaw. The total was $75.00 bucks ouch!!!

Girl at takeout window was very rude I will never go back bugs in ice machine. Manager with colored dyed hair is outside smoking and never working. Worst business and management I have ever seen!!
