Boston Pizza - Barrie

I celebrated my birthday there, and I didn't have to wait for a table. The staff provided excellent service, and the food was delicious. I highly recommend the Hawaiian pizza; it's uniquely different from what you find at other pizza places. To top it off, I received brownies and vanilla ice cream as a birthday gift from the restaurant, and they were absolutely delightful. I really appreciated that lovely gesture!

We went at Valentine’s day, it was a line up but we got served quite quickly. Great decorations, responsible and respectful staff and best of all the heart shape Deluxe Pizza really made our night.

Love dining in at BP. Bandera pizza bread is my go to appetizer, it's so good! Kinda sucks that with covid/vaccine passports they aren't too busy. I hope that the wait/kitchen staff are still getting paid well during these times.

So my family and I have been going and ordering from this establishment for a few years now and I've got to say it's a bit of a mixed bag for me. If you're eating in the restaurant it's great, and the service is good. The manager is polite and easy to speak with if issues occur. However, anytime I order from home they always seem to forget to put food items (usually fries) in with the order. Now, anytime this happens it usually was the managet who ran the missing food items out and it was always appreciated. But recently this happened again, and this time I was told that they couldn't send out the food that I paid for because there was no delivery driver and whoever was managing that day (different person) told me she couldn't do it and was offered a $5 credit for missing food that was part of a $18 dish (approx. before taxes). I gotta admit it stings to basically be told you're SOL from a place that you go to on special occasions and be told to file a complaint with the delivery service even though it wasn't their fault. In summary. Good to dine in (because if issues occur they can be resolved quickly), but if you order out and don't receive parts of your food, they try to placate you with a small credit as opposed to the worth of what you actually paid for and didn't receive.

Excellent service, food is also great. The staff is very interactive and always available to help.
