The Big Moe burger was excellent and our server Nicole was fantastic!! She took the time to make my niece and nephew feel special and made a great meal recommendation.

Service was less than good but better than bad. Having to remind a server is not good but twice? I had to ask another server for water...forgotten. The apps were great. Potato skins excellent.My companion and I both ordered the medium rare sirloin steaks. Both were cooked to medium well. Disappointing.They gave us two free desserts though...ya ruined meal washed down with free moderately good desserts.First and last time at that location. Kelsey's is usually pretty good.

My daughter visited after a long day of driving. Needless to say we were starving. We had to wait a bit to be seated but it was obvious that other patrons were being attending to. Once seated our drink order was taken immediately. We ordered the spinach and cheese dip for appetizer. It came out when expected and was great. Our mains took a bit longer but not an unreasonable amount of time. Food was great and our server was excellent.

Went here for dinner after a hot day at blue mountain. Place has recently been renovated to a Roadhouse. Nice decor in side with friendly staff. Food was great with a good selection on the menu.

Sadly, this is the first time I've had a bad meal at any Kelseys location.Visited with my family for dinner and I had a feeling upon walking in that something was off about the place.This location is in dire need of a refurbished, or just shut it down. Paint is peeling, tables were sticky. The blinds on the window beside us were filthy. Should have just left, but kids were hungry. Waited over 45 mins for food to arrive at the table.Steak and wings were ok, however, my " build your own burger" was another story. The bun was so stale it crumbled when I picked it up. I asked for a new bun and waited 20 minutes for that. By this time my food was cold and I just asked to have it taken off the bill. The manager spoke to us about others complaining about "those buns", and assured us they would be contacting the supplier. Really? It's the cook who assembles the burgers. He or she let's that poor quality go to the table? Won't be back. Ever.
