Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill

Not great for my first time at this chain. Person behind the counter assumed our group was paying together without asking, then after serving us just disappeared into the back. Tried to get a lid for my leftover nachos and it took several minutes and call outs. We were about to go behind the counter and grab it ourselves when she popped out with her earphones in. Most likely will not return to this location.

Not open when it 's supposed to beEdit: this happened again. Website clearly states 11:30 as their opening time. Get there at 11:40 and it 's closed. I call and the girl on the phone answers hold on! . After holding she tells me they open at 12. This is some B.S.Boycotting mucho from here on out. Plenty of other burrito places to choose from

Showed up at 8 25 to order food and was told they closed at 8 30 and I couldn't order anything. Even though it says they are open until 9 30. Won't be coming back here again

I ordered online curbside pick up order here which turned out to be horrible experience. First they did not prepared my order until I reached there, I had to call and remind them and after that they actually started to prepare it and after that they messed up my order and put all the things which I did not requested for. Which made that taste horrible. When I called them and asked to rectify their mistake they told me they just put it on side of my bowl and to remove it and eat it even though I don't like it. In addition to that the rice were not cooked properly they were very hard and dried out. And eventually I had to throw my whole order and eat something else. Had an most horrible experience here will never suggest anyone to order from this location

Burritos have gotten so expensive now, with the same approach of all rice and veggies and a TINY bit of meat. Need to step their game up as FB and Barburrito are offering more for less.
