Pizzaville - Barrie

Pizzaville delivered a pizza to our address. We only brought the baby to sleep when the deliveryman started the doorbell several times. My husband opened the door when the supplier ran away. The pizza was loaded with onions that trigger a heavy...allergic reaction. We called Pizzaville to tell them that they had made a mistake that we had not ordered them and that the food was still on our veranda. We explained that the driver rang the bell on the baby and asked that he didn't ring the bell when he came back. There was no excuse for the inconvenience. My husband went out to get Benadryl, and the driver came back to smell the stinking pizza, and re-order the bell several times. We will not order them because customer service is terrible.

I called and ordered my food, was told 20 minutes. it was displayed 25 minutes later and the order was sent to the wrong place. I was told they would put it before the rest and it would be 10/15 min. it was over half an hour before it was finished. half the time when we waited that a guy cried on the phone and swear that he didn't go to the office and emails he sent.

Highly recommended, try once and you will love it. I accidentally came by to order her walk. Hot and fresh, Great Food with good price.

Just a quick mention that their pizzas in my opinion are very tasty, good inexpensive and they don't keep them waiting! I went with my 41-year-old daughter and her family

Had both regular and gluten free pizzas on three occasions. The Italian is very good particularly on the regular crust. But the best pizza I had was gluten free chicken pesto, it was the best tasting pizza I may have ever had. Terrific choice for...pizza if you're in the area.
