Had a very rude male server at the south end location. It has destroyed the experience. The sushi was also a good quality. But the quality has declined drastically.

Our family enjoyed a wonderful, relaxing and delicious AYCE long weekend dinner at the Sakana House! From the moment we came to the moment we went, we were treated politely and with extraordinary care. Each server was prompt, polite and discreet as the dishes arrived. Eating...Presentation was beautiful, flavors were at point (except the excessively salty udon broth), seat lighting was comfortable, washrooms were clean, and we really have full! Our favourite item on the menu was the mango roll with fresh cheese! What a unique offer of taste, textures and technology! A delicate, complementary combination of sweet, delicate and hearty at once! As you managed to feed slightly deep into the interior and still wrap it in sticky rice with mango sauce, which overall does not drown out of its cripple is amazing! Such precision in skill and timing! We were also impressed by your accommodation towards our gluten-free intolerance. Once we set ourselves, the host asked if we had food restrictions and adjusted our tablet accordingly. Very professional! Very attentive! One suggestion: you can ensure consistency in personal training: gluten-free products on your menu. A server told us that your dumplings were “safe” while another one warns us about the dumplings. True enough, people with gluten sensitivity vary to levels of tolerance, but technically seen, while some noodles of rice flour (e.g. Hargow), others are made of wheat flour (e.g. Gyoza) and can cause unwanted reactions. Your staff shows strong team manship and attention to details; in fact, everyone looks like he/she enjoys working there, so I'm sure you finally get it! I hope your company grows and expands! Your hard work deserves recognition and repetition customers! Thank you for an unforgettable, though untraditional Thanksgiving dinner!

Very fast exit despite a busy restaurant. We ordered fried beef udon and fried chicken udon with a yam tempura app. Meat would have been brilliant, but the noodles were great. My picky kids ate them! Just what we needed for a quick dinner and back on the street. We had better Udon or yakisoba, but certainly hit the point. Would be interested to sit and check everything you can eat option
