5 star goes to bobby resolved the issue and professional manner

Got my order for coffee completely wrong, size and roast when I told him that he showed me the receipt and said it's what I paid for and dismissed me. No offer to fix it and walked away. I was already unimpressed because he stopped to talk to a co-worker and I saw the girl handling the biscuits bare handed. So never stopping there again and I am posting this onto all of my social media accounts.

This store is a JOKE! My husband and I finally stopped going after thinking it would get better that is the evening service. The coffee is beyond bad!! And from time to time they would get our food order right.i wish there was a way to make it better! Oh and we started going over to the one in Georgian Mall in Barrie .what a difference! The coffee is amazing! Thanks
