Tim Hortons - Barrie

The last week I’ve tried my hardest not to post this but they have made mine and my friends coffees wrong all week and charge us for the extras we ask for but don’t give them to us. Going through drive thru I’ve had my coffee made wrong so many times, those at front counter always have coffees made right and with all extras asked for.

I wish I can put zero star too. I always order here in night time and they never have any donuts muffins or tim bits left. Always making excuses. Managers need to look on it. And after all of this they make a fun inside that I can look through drive through window. Its worse. This is the only place open 24hours so atleast ppl can expect that you should atleast have something. Maybe atleast good nature of talking to customer.

Absolutely atrocious service. Why do I keep running into to the same rude woman at every single location I visit? This older manly looking woman with a face full of piercings and always looking dirty and frumpy is disgusting. She walks straight from mopping a floor to handling food without washing her hands. Other locations I've visited and seen her she's always yelling at people. Such gross behavior. This person does not belong in the food or customer service industry. I won't visit this location again.
