Paul's Burrito Express - Barrington

I ordered the chicken torta, and it was absolutely delicious! The women at the front desk were attentive and friendly, and the guys in the kitchen even recognized regular customers before they placed their orders. I loved my experience! Keep up the fantastic work; you all are amazing. I hope the quality stays consistent because I will definitely be returning!

I absolutely love the food, the service, and the friendly atmosphere. The outdoor seating is perfect for summer dining, but the indoor space is also great for enjoying a meal during the colder months. Be sure to try the steak taco and pair it with a beer for a delightful experience!

We normally like this place but was disappointed with the tongue taco we had; it seemed the meat had been warmed from a prior time and tasted dry and not fresh.

Paul's is fantastic—I’ve been coming here for over ten years. Their red sauce is excellent; I’ve even bought it to take home. The menu is simple, featuring a variety of Mexican dishes alongside some Mexican-American options. The food has always been great, consistently delicious, and affordable. I highly recommend checking out Paul's and supporting local businesses instead of the new Chipotle that just opened in downtown Barrington. There are plenty of Chipotles around, but Paul’s is definitely better. So whenever I’m in Barrington, I choose Paul’s and will keep doing so. It’s a staple of the community!

These are the best tacos in town! Treat yourself and visit this gem – you have to try the tacos! I'm planning to return at least once a month just for them.
